Lead Technical Program Manager

Opportunity Overview:

• This is a remote-first role with occasional travel to Boston for onboarding and team events.
• The Lead Technical Program Manager serves as a scrum master for cross-functional implementation teams.
• The role focuses on managing technical build timelines for 2-3 concurrent customer implementations.

What you’ll do:

• Own the Jira-based delivery schedule, scope, and timeline for each client implementation.
• Use agile methodology to deliver concurrent implementations and coordinate cross-team activities.
• Run daily standups to surface blockers, track risks, and ensure clear insight into project status.

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of experience as a program or project manager in software implementations.
• Jira and agile expertise with ability to create a clear source of truth for status and risks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
