Strategic partnerships role that drives the enablement and commercial growth of the partner ecosystem. Responsible for bringing Carrot’s partners to life, including onboarding, enablement, and joint go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and motivated by growth.
Key responsibilities include Commercial Activation that drives lead generation, pipeline progression, and revenue. Partner Enablement to accelerate partner readiness. Relationship Management as day-to-day contact for key partners.
Requirements include 8-10 years of sales or partnerships experience. Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration. Ability for domestic travel as needed. Comfort navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
