Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition team in Manila is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team. Key responsibilities include calibrating with the hiring unit, posting job advertisements, sourcing and reviewing applications, managing candidates through the selection process up to the onboarding stage, communicating with the hiring unit, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, tracking and updating reports, and handling sensitive information. The role requires at least three years of experience in talent acquisition and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse. Candidates need excellent skills in analysis, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
