Sr. Associate, Drive - Growth Strategy and Operations

We are looking for someone who is passionate about scaling high growth businesses to join our rocketship on Drive, DoorDash’s white label fulfillment offering. In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as the connective tissue between product, operations, business development, and external partners—driving end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment on goals, and delivering results. You will understand the needs of partners, prioritize those needs by impact, and create solutions with cross-functional partners. You will navigate in an ambiguous environment and bring structure to undefined opportunities. You will leverage data whenever possible to inform your hypothesis and convince cross functional partners.
