What you'll do:
- Lead client strategy and act as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value accounts.
- Analyze paid media performance and identify risks, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client success and revenue growth.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years in client services or account management, with at least 4 years in a digital agency.
- Strong understanding of paid media, Google Analytics, and CRM data.
- Excellent communication, resilience, and strategic thinking.
