SAP MM Consultant AMS Support

Role Overview:

• Responsible for providing functional support for the SAP MM module within an AMS model
• Handling service requests
• Resolving incidents

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve tickets and incidents related to the SAP MM module within established SLAs
• Perform configuration adjustments and minor changes based on business requirements
• Participate in testing and validation of system changes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant
• Proven experience in AMS / Application Management Services
• Advanced English – direct communication with a North America-based client
