- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting.

- Deliver consistently high-quality customer experience.
Experience:
- 5 to 9 years of relevant SAP MM/WM Modules experience.
- 5 to 9 years of direct support of application end-users in a Corporate environment.
- Track record of success in SAP implementations, roll-outs, or application support.
Skills:
- Superb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving.
- Strong knowledge of key application functionality, tables and relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
