Intake and Admissions Associate (EST)

As the Intake and Admissions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all patients and visitors receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health treatment, providing them with information, assistance, and guidance as needed. You will greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain a clean reception area. You'll also assist with administrative tasks, collaborate with clinical staff, and adhere to company policies and HIPAA regulations. Must be based in EST.
