Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns through multiple channels, providing support on products, orders, and customizations while following policies.
- Accurately document interactions in the CRM, escalate urgent issues, and utilize knowledge bases to maintain high-quality service.
- Meet individual Quality and Productivity KPIs and share insights for improving customer experience with leadership.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, plus 1+ years in customer service, preferably with a premium brand.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to organize and follow through on tasks.
- Be comfortable with technology, open to feedback, and able to learn new procedures quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Work a variable schedule including evenings and weekends to support operations open 7 days a week.
- Earn an hourly wage based on geographic tier, with ranges provided for various U.S. metropolitan areas.
