GTM Operations Territory Lead

As a GTM Operations Territory Lead for the GTM Planning organization, the technically sophisticated and detailed-oriented individual will be responsible for improving the quality of sales analytics and insights on a consistent basis, specifically with the focus on supporting territories design for our Product, Solution Architect, and Customer Success Manager teams, and also our target allocation modeling. Responsibilities include GTM Planning where you will design and execute on a standard cadence of territory operations which drive future changes and process improvements for the GTM organization. You will be responsible for Program and process management where you will independently develop and manage projects, programs, processes, and documentation to support key stakeholders and core operational planning processes with Scalable insights where you will conceptualize, build, manage and maintain centralized tools (including dashboards) that the business, your team, and cross-functional teams can use to extract data / insights for daily business management in an automated manner. Productivity and resource management will require you to improve documentation and process to ensure efficient and effective execution and finally you will oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams to ensure quality builds at scale.
