The BVC offers best practice guidance to customers, assists in data strategy development, and drives strategic content execution, enabling them to maximize employee personalization. The BVC leads the implementation of a governance strategy that governs the creation, distribution and management of content within the Firstup platform. Collaborate within the pod to proactively identify customer growth opportunities and at-risk accounts, recommending consulting services that drive value, enhance adoption, and mitigate risks.
