Responsibilities:

  • Own the full renewal cycle from identification to processing in Intacct and Pax8.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales orders and recurring transactions in Sage Intacct.
  • Follow up on invoice and payment status, escalating aging accounts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting, order management, or sales support.
  • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct and familiarity with Microsoft licensing programs preferred.
