What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25–50 renewals per month.
- Engage customers via email, phone, and video to renew and upsell.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with teams.
What We’re Looking For:

- 1–2 years of account management or renewals experience.
- Highly independent, organized, and goal-oriented.
