Responsibilities:
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle for existing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals.
- Proactively reach out to customers prior to contract expiration to discuss renewal options and address concerns.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within SaaS or technology.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue principles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Gainsight, and comfort navigating other SaaS tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary between £46,000 and £64,000 GBP, commission-eligible.
- Immediate participation in benefits including health, dental, pension, and generous PTO.
- Equity grant and participation in incentive programs where applicable.
