Responsibilities:

  • Execute renewals for subscription customers, ensuring on-time closure and revenue retention.
  • Manage customer communications, pricing, and objections to facilitate renewals and expansions.
  • Partner with Customer Success to review account health and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer renewals or account management in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM skills, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Ability to interpret subscription agreements and drive accurate forecasting.
