Responsibilities:
- Work with sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from presale to post-sale.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Conduct regular proactive calls and account review meetings, utilizing CRM to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years customer success or account management experience in SaaS or software company.
- Experience creating success plans and using data to identify customer health.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
