Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from presale to post-sale.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years customer success or account management experience in SaaS or software company.
  • Experience creating success plans and using data to identify customer health.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
