About This Role:

  • Drive customer retention and revenue stability by leading renewal execution for complex, high-risk accounts.
  • Develop renewal strategies, influence pricing, and partner cross-functionally with CS, Product, Sales, and Finance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end renewal strategy for high-ARR, multi-product, or multi-year accounts.
  • Own complex pricing, concession, and restructuring discussions, acting as escalation point.
  • Mentor P3 Renewal Managers and maintain accurate forecasts.
