Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking to build and maintain your own candidate pipeline.
Screen and qualify candidates, submit them quickly, and follow them through the hiring process.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based pay and uncapped earning potential.
No base salary is provided; earnings are directly tied to successful placements.

Requirements:

Proven recruiting experience, with a strong preference for government recruiting experience.
Ability to work independently and move quickly when a strong candidate is identified.
Existing relationships with attorneys, legal professionals, or government contractors are a major plus.

Work Environment:

100% remote position, open to candidates in the USA and Canada (W-8BEN required outside the USA).
