New Talent Sourcer (Offshore)

Your Responsibilities:

• Achieve hundreds of sourced candidates monthly and meet other metrics.
• Conduct role intake meetings with Recruiters and Team Lead for accurate understanding of law firm roles.
• Prepare and deliver resumes at the end of each work day.

Your Qualifications:

• Three+ years of sourcing or recruiting department support experience, preferred law firm roles.
• Proficiency in ATS (Greenhouse a plus) and searching all major candidate portals.
• Ability to work 8:55am - 5pm EST US hours.
