Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all compensation programs align with legal requirements, including FLSA, pay equity laws, transparency regulations, and minimum wage.
  • Support pay equity and pay transparency reporting in Canada, lead job description harmonization projects, and perform job evaluations as required.
  • Partner with the Head of Total Rewards and Finance on annual short-term incentive payouts and monthly accruals, managing variable compensation programs and coordinating payments with payroll.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on compensation experience in large corporate environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, lookups, pivot tables, data modeling) and strong knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Professional compensation certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) are strongly preferred, along with the ability to interpret compensation data and manage multiple projects.
