Sr. Engineering Manager: Payments

As Engineering Manager, you'll define and execute the product roadmap, mentor the team, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

• Team Leadership:
• Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
• Conduct regular 1:1s to provide feedback, coaching, and development, fostering a positive environment.
• Responsible for recruiting, leading, developing, and growing the engineering team.
• Product Development:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Ensure team follows best practices for software development.
• Work with other Engineering Managers to ensure team alignment with company goals.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong technical skills and experience in programming languages.
• Work with the team to identify and solve technical challenges.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends.
