Job Description

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for working with customers of all sizes to achieve financial sales goals. This will involve maintaining and growing relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and construction professionals. You will implement promotions, programs, and processes with the support of the inside sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience within the decking, railing, and/or building materials industry. They should be extremely motivated and autonomous, and able to travel overnight monthly. This remote position is based in San Diego, CA. The position involves sales, margin, and expense budget achievement (monthly, quarterly, and annually). You will be responsible for optimizing local distribution to grow market share, develop an annual business plan, conduct Joint Business Planning Meetings with distributors, and utilize CRM effectively.
