About the Role:
- Build the compliance backbone of Catena Trust Bank.
- Partner with CCO and CTO to run the CMS.
What You'll Do:
- Lead fiduciary compliance and third-party risk management.
- Manage affiliate transactions under Regulation W.
- Prepare board materials and support exams.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in bank or trust compliance.
- Strong command of a bank CMS and line oversight.
- Exceptional writing and judgment.
Nice to Have:
- TPRM (OCC 2023-17), Reg W, digital assets.
- AI/ML tooling and CRCM.
