Job Description
The CoS will be deeply engaged in strategy execution, corporate finance, CEO initiatives, ELT prioritization, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and board of directors (BoD) engagement. The role requires strong business judgment, the ability to operate with discretion, and the capacity to represent the company credibly with boards, investors, and external stakeholders. Partner directly with the CEO and ELT to set strategic priorities, align resources, and track organizational performance. Design and run the company’s operating cadence (“battle rhythm”), ensuring progress and follow-through on CEO and ELT priorities. Partner with HR/Recruiting on talent strategy, retention, workforce planning, and leadership development.
