Job Responsibilities:
- Estimate detailed list of materials (lumber, siding, interior trim, hardware) for purchasing and production.
- Submit proposals for approval and assist with project coordination from start to finish.
- Compile legible quotes for client submission and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of multi-family or commercial estimating experience required.
- Proficiency in hand material take-offs and reading architectural/engineered drawings.
- Strong math skills including algebra and geometry, with analytical problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
- Annual salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 with discretionary bonus potential.
