You will own building out consumer financial products strategy across the platform. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives for existing and net new consumer financial products and partnerships. You will manage multiple teams, including the existing >$1B gift card business, and build new businesses 0 to 1 in the Fintech space.
You can implement scalable initiatives and best practices to provide a world-class operation for DoorDash's three-sided marketplace. You solve problems from first principles and think innovatively, resisting the status quo. You are consumer first, equally comfortable operating at a high level and diving into the details.
You will partner with teams like Operations, Enterprise Partner Managers, Product, Finance, Engineering to create strategic plans and gain buy-in from stakeholders and leadership.
