Global Payroll Manager

LivePerson is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple countries. This role will manage the day-to-day processing, ensure compliance with local regulations, and serve as a trusted partner to employees and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth expertise in payroll administration, global compliance, and system optimization, along with a strong focus on accuracy and discretion. As a Global Payroll Manager, the candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, is self-motivated with the ability to provide solutions for the issues identified, and is a team player. You will direct and oversee the accurate processing of global payroll, develop and implement consistent payroll policies, ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll laws, analyze existing payroll processes, generate and analyze payroll metrics, troubleshoot payroll-related issues, respond to employee inquiries, partner with HR, Finance, and Legal, manage relationships with third-party payroll vendors and manage a small payroll team.
