Analyst/Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will assist in the preparation and distribution of recurring financial reports for senior leadership and Private Equity investors. They will perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods and support the preparation of executive-level dashboards and presentations. This role will also assist in consolidation of actuals and development of forecasts, partnering with Operations teams to ensure data accuracy. The Analyst/Senior Analyst will collaborate with various teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure consistency of financial data, as well as coordinate with the Business Intelligence team to automate reporting and improve efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
