Job Description
As LMS Operations Specialist, you will provide administration and operational support for UP Education’s Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS). This position serves as the central contact for business teams requiring LMS assistance, including course creation, troubleshooting, integration setup, and process documentation. You will carry out day-to-day LMS configuration updates, build and maintain course setups in the Student Management System (SMS) ensuring correct integration with the LMS.
Act as the first point of contact for LMS setup/admin issues, resolving or escalating where required and support rollout and go-live activities for new brands. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining clear process documentation and training materials, as well as providing guidance and training to business teams and promoting self-sufficiency in system use.
