- Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and drive procedure adoption in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute individualized surgery plans for surgical teams to achieve independent system operation.
Account Development and Support:
- Drive system utilization by working with surgical teams to review and select appropriate surgical cases.
- Expand the user base by developing a qualified lead funnel through interactions with C-level executives, senior hospital staff, and key opinion leaders.
- Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany, providing guidance on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.
Training and Administration:
- Lead surgical teams through comprehensive training sessions on system operations, OR integration, and surgical applications.
- Provide ongoing case support and serve as a key resource for the surgical team during procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks including sales/procedure reporting, activity outcomes documentation, and expense report submission.
