- Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System and become a surgery expert to support the development of surgical robotics programs.
- Develop da Vinci® Surgery plans for surgical teams to ensure independent system use, drive case selection for consistent usage, and expand the user base by developing a qualified lead funnel with key hospital staff.
- Lead surgical teams through training sessions on system operations and OR integration, provide case support as a resource, and responsibly manage administrative tasks including reporting and expense management.
