Principal Consultant - Insurance Transformation SME

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Insurance business processes, workflows, and operational performance across underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, and customer operations.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from client stakeholders and perform current-state assessments.
• Participate in business process redesign, operating model assessments, and future-state solution development.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience in the Insurance industry, Insurance consulting, business analysis, transformation, or operations roles.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting, plus a foundation in ontology and semantic modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills for engaging with both technical and business audiences.
