- Source colocation and powered land capacity through outbound efforts to smaller and mid-tier data center operators, developers, and neo-clouds.
- Qualify opportunities on power quota, colocation space, capital readiness, zoning, pricing, and timeline.
- Help operators clear barriers to scale, such as power, space, or capital constraints.
Supplier Management:
- Own recurring touch points on a weekly or biweekly cadence across the supplier base.
- Track capacity as it comes online and capture it for Shadeform's customers.
- Become the first call operators make when they have capacity to move or need help expanding.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years (5+ preferred) in business development, site selection, supply, capacity, or account management in data centers or colocation.
- Track record of building long-term commercial relationships.
- Experience qualifying capacity across power, space, capital, and regulatory factors.
