The Role:
- Own design across PadSplit's housing marketplace.
- Simplify workflows, conduct user research.
- Ship AI-infused experiences with cross-functional teams.
You:
- Senior designer with product intuition and empathy.
- 4+ years in digital products, ideally marketplaces.
- Figma expert, data-driven, A/B testing familiar.
Day-to-Day:
- Lead design from problem definition to launch.
- Drive product strategy with PMs and stakeholders.
- Build responsive UI and design system components.
