Implementation Engineer

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for setting clients up for long-term success on Clutch products by managing the implementation process for our Customers. As one of our technical post-sale consultants, you will drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch’s platform. This role is a good fit for people with strong communication skills and a technical background who are experts at communicating and empathizing with both internal and external stakeholders. Our Professional Services team is a fast-paced team that implements Clutch's platform for our Credit Union customers. Professional Services team members should have high agency, a consultative approach to client implementations, a strong technical foundation, and be proactive communicators to ensure internal teams remain aligned.
