The Role:
- As a CRM Executive, you'll execute and optimise customer lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- You'll work closely with CRM Managers across Sportsbook and Casino to deliver high-quality lifecycle journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, QA and launch CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app and SMS channels.
- Support lifecycle automations, customer journey execution, and audience segmentation within Braze.
- Assist with A/B testing, reporting, analysis, and optimisation recommendations.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement with hands-on campaign building.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms like Braze, with strong attention to detail and QA standards.
- Organised, proactive, adaptable, with an interest in sports betting or gaming.
