Coordinate and manage PMO work streams across complex, high impact business projects, partnering with internal stakeholders to identify owners, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
Monitor progress across work streams, proactively flagging risks, protecting delivery timelines, and unblocking teams by clarifying ownership and escalating decisions.
Curate and maintain governance materials, including steering committee packs, progress updates, action logs, dashboards, and risk registers.
