Role Overview:
- Partner directly with customers to transform workflows into scalable solutions.
- Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive adoption and shape product direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer requirements into scalable workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to test features and identify high-impact use cases.
- Support customer-facing teams on calls, demos, and troubleshoot issues to drive adoption.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments.
- Strong user of AI tools with an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in management consulting, government program delivery, or customer success.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and military acquisition.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
