About the Role:
- Own the customer relationship from deal close to expansion, working directly with the CPO.
- Responsible for onboarding, activation, training, and driving measurable value for customers.
- Configure AI agents to customer workflows and ensure adoption across federal agencies and contractors.
What You'll Do:
- Own onboarding as single point of accountability for customer activation.
- Lead discovery and build deployment plans around customer workflows.
- Drive adoption, expansion, and renewals through documented ROI.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in Federal Consulting, Customer Success, or similar roles with enterprise/federal customers.
- Deep understanding of government contracting lifecycle and operational workflows.
- Technical enough to understand enterprise platforms, APIs, and data flows.
