Role Overview:
- Lead the EMEA-based Outbound Sales Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to generate qualified pipeline and develop talent for internal promotions.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for new customers, aiming to deliver positive and impactful first impressions in global employment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop SDRs to achieve outbound pipeline goals and enhance their sales skill sets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Directors and Marketing to improve pipeline quality and provide feedback on campaign ideas.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor new team members while regularly reporting on individual and team metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Practical Details:
- Report to the Director of Sales Development within the Sales team, operating fully remotely within the EMEA region.
- Follow a structured interview process including recruiter, hiring manager, loop interviews, and a bar raiser session.
