About the Role:

  • Work closely with Technical Support, Technical Account Management, and Sales teams.
  • Assist in providing end-user support internally.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute operational activities to support Customer Success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Customer Success tools, processes and procedures
  • Provide internal end-user support for Customer Success tools.

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Relevant experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations or Finance
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
