About the Role:
- Work closely with Technical Support, Technical Account Management, and Sales teams.
- Assist in providing end-user support internally.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute operational activities to support Customer Success.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Customer Success tools, processes and procedures
- Provide internal end-user support for Customer Success tools.
What You’ll Need:
- BA/BS degree
- Relevant experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations or Finance
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
