- Search LinkedIn and other professional platforms to source potential matches.
- Collect candidate information and add profiles to Google Sheets.
Requirements:
- Based in Argentina with at least 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
- Intermediate or higher written English and strong online research skills.
- Ability to use LinkedIn and Google Sheets effectively.
Compensation & Growth:
- Starting at $1 USD per qualified candidate profile sourced, with potential for higher rates on difficult searches.
- Part-time freelance opportunity that may grow into a full-time position as workload increases.
