Job Description
Prospect, pitch, and win new business across air, ocean, and domestic freight services. Manage a regional pipeline of potential clients across industries. Represent Compass at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently. Structured onboarding and ongoing training is provided.
