Program Management Director, Product Research

Looking for a talented Program Manager (Director I, Product Research) to join USRM’s Property & Specialty Delivery team and drive development of the next generation of pricing programs for Homeowners and Condo! You’ll get to collaborate with a talented cross-functional teams across Product, Data Science, Technology and Experience to deliver some of our most innovative programs in the Property & Specialty Portfolio that deliver exceptional value to our customers. The successful candidate will bring top-tier project management skills, with a proven ability to clearly define work deliverables, hold teams accountable, and maintain focus amidst the complexities of a large, dynamic organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving the successful delivery of transformational programs that align with our mission to provide best in class insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end program management of a complex, multi-year technical project focused on developing new homeowners insurance programs.
