Product Operations Associate

The Role:

• You will own the operational side of AI Communication Agents that interact with medical providers, law firms, and plaintiffs.
• You will write and iterate prompts and logic, run QA and audit cycles, and work directly with the PM on product decisions.
• This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with direct influence and access to leadership.

What you'll do:

• Partner with Product Manager and Engineering to shape the Communication Agents roadmap.
• Own the client feedback loop, triage issues, and close the loop with law firms and Customer Success.
• Write, iterate, and test agent prompts, scripts, logic, and configurations with Engineering and Data Science.

What we look for:

• 2+ years in Product Operations, AI Operations, or Technical Program Management.
• Hands-on experience prompting and evaluating LLM systems.
• Ability to hold a high quality bar under pressure and work independently.
