About the team and role:
- Search is the most essential functionality in any browser, evolving daily with new AI-powered interactions and agentic browsing.
- The Firefox Desktop Search team owns one of Mozilla’s most critical product areas, delivering privacy-respecting search experiences.
What you'll do:
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for search on Firefox Desktop across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Lead experimentation and define success metrics with Data Science, translating insights into decisions.
- Partner with Business Development and navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy, and revenue.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of revenue-impacting user-facing areas.
- Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and their product implications.
- Proven experience leading experimentation and cross-functional teams.
