Job Description
As an Account Executive at Tekmetric, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth and shaping the future of our customer relationships. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every customer finds value in our platform. Key Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, identifying and influencing key decision-makers, understanding customer pain points and crafting personalized outreach. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Onboarding and Customer Success to align on customer feedback and growth opportunities. You'll partner with Onboarding and Trainings Teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale, and represent Tekmetric at industry events. This role requires 2+ years of inside sales experience in B2B SaaS, a track record of meeting sales targets, CRM experience, strong communication skills, organizational skills, and Spanish fluency and quarterly travel.
