As a strategic thought partner for the Regional VPGM, provide insights and guidance on strategy Execution (Commercial Engine), Capabilities Gaps (HVC/HVS), and DBS Maturity (Danaher Playbook). Build and enhance DBS capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring, including managing and supporting a funnel of Certified practitioners. Support the organization in deploying, improving, and sustaining standard work and best practices to ensure commercial and operational excellence. Implement/Coach Daily Management and Problem-Solving Process (PSP) to identify root causes, develop countermeasures, and sustain focused impact. Manage a kaizen funnel to prioritize and track continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate kaizen events to drive process improvements and engage teams in problem-solving activities.
