Role Responsibilities:
- Translate Director-owned epics into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a healthy backlog and support sprint planning, grooming, and cross-functional sessions.
- Track follow-ups, decisions, and requirements changes across teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product ownership or business analysis with strong SQL and data understanding.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and detailed documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and drive stakeholder follow-through.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in healthcare technology, EHR, or reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or embedded analytics.
- Knowledge of data lakehouse architecture and healthcare data standards.
