What You'll Do:
- Own the cadence and drive accountability across biweekly working sessions, unblocking progress and maintaining momentum.
- Own program execution end-to-end, managing roadmap, prioritization, and alignment with business leads.
- Conduct financial analysis and value realization, building models and tracking delivery against targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 7–10+ years of experience in program management and financial analysis in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel and modeling proficiency; experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or M&A is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
